Harrisburg School District superintendent to be sworn in at ceremony

Harrisburg School District Superintendent Sybil Knight-Burney will be sworn in as district superintendent during a ceremony at 3 p.m. July 31.
The ceremony will take place in the Harrisburg High School gymnasium, and a reception will follow the event. It is an invitation-only event.
Knight-Burney took the helm of the district in March at an annual salary of $160,000.
She is working under a three-year contract.
