Susquehanna Township athletic director moves on to State College Area School District
Susquehanna Township School District athletic director Peg Pennepacker has left to become athletic director for State College Area School District.
Pennepacker replaces State College Areas retiring athletic director, Ron Pavlechko, beginning July 1. Pennepacker is considered an authority on Title IX and has won awards from the Pennsylvania State Athletic Directors Association.
The school board accepted Pennepackers resignation, submitted in mid-June, on June 27. Pennepacker also was a high school assistant principal. District officials will consider filling the posts jointly or with two different people, Superintendent Susan M. Kegerise said.
